Role Summary

  • Exterior and interior inspection tours
  • Ensuring order and security or communication and coordination of the security chain
  • Coordination of emergency services in the event of fire alarms
  • Documentation of object-relevant data and incidents
  • Initiation of measures in the event of special incidents

Working hours: from Monday to Sunday (including public holidays) between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. or between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Requirements

  • Legal age (at least 18 years)
  • impeccable reputation (no criminal record)
  • very good knowledge of spoken and written German
  • Completed fire brigade training (at least basic course and squad leader course)
  • First aid course is an advantage

  • Remuneration is based on an hourly basis in accordance with KV Wachung, usage group B. The salary is €2,403 to €2,576 gross per month for 40 hours per week, excluding allowances.
