Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Security Architect with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team.
This critical role will focus on the management and implementation of IAM solutions based on the SailPoint product, as well as designing and integrating third-party systems (e.g., Coupa, Salesforce) with SailPoint. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SailPoint and the ability to enhance our IAM capabilities using cutting-edge technologies and solutions.

Responsibilities - Design and implement robust IAM solutions using SailPoint integrated with major third-party systems like Coupa, Salesforce and others
- Expertly manage API development for smooth integration and functionality enhancement between different systems
- Serve as a technical leader in strategy meetings, providing guidance on IAM best practices, including the use of federation protocols like SAML and OAuth for Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
- Oversee all phases of identity solutions lifecycle management, from onboarding through maintenance and offboarding
- Develop, analyze, and refine IAM policies to meet security, operational efficiency, and compliance standards
Requirements - Proven experience with SailPoint and IAM integration with third-party applications
- Strong knowledge of SSO technologies (SAML, OAuth) and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Expertise in security protocols, cryptography, and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory)
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
