Role Summary

We are now looking for committed and responsible security guards for various assignments in Stavanger and the surrounding area. With us, you can get the opportunity to work with different types of security services and assignments, whether you are most comfortable with stationary guarding, mobile services, a centre, access control or other security-related tasks.

We are looking for you who understand that good security is about more than being visible. It's about being observant, professional and solution-oriented - while you meet people with respect and service.

As a scaler, you represent both Securitas and the customer, and you become an important part of creating a safe and good experience for everyone.

Working hours are part-time, and can vary during the day, evening, night and weekend.

• The tasks will vary depending on which assignment you are assigned to, but may include, among other things:
• Perform security and security services in accordance with current instructions
• Prevent and manage unwanted incidents
• Access control and reception service
• Handle alarms and follow up on deviations
• Report incidents and deviations in a correct and professional manner
• Contribute to security and service for customers, employees and visitors

Requirements

• Approved and passed guard training is an advantage, Securitas can assist with this for the right candidate
• Fluent in Norwegian, both oral and written (minimum B2 – Norwegian level)
• Satisfactory conduct (Cf. Act on Security Services)

Driving license class B (for some of the duty stations).
