Role Summary

Employment percentage and working hours will vary according to needs and assignments.

Working hours: Day / Evening / Night / Weekend

We are looking for you who are

• Responsible and reliable
• Good communication skills, both with customers, colleagues and the public
• Ability to handle stress and keep calm in demanding situations
• Service oriented and accommodating
• Good judgment and the ability to make quick, correct decisions
• Flexible in terms of working hours (day/evening/weekend/night)
• Focus on security, routines and procedures
• Motivation to learn and develop at work
• The tasks will vary depending on the object, but will typically include:
• Monitoring and control of the object's security systems
• Execution of reception services and center services
• Implementation of patrol rounds and control rounds
• Handling and reporting of adverse events
• Provision of service to the building's tenants and visitors
• Execution of operational tasks
• Other tasks according to established instructions

Requirements

• Advantage with experience from security service, or other relevant experience
• Must be fluent in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing
• Satisfactory conduct (cf. Law on Security Services §8)
• Passed the National Basic Training for Security Guards

To work at Securitas, you must be 18 years of age (cf. Security Act), and our upper age limit is 70.
