Role Summary

We are now looking for scales for the area control service in central Bergen. The position we now have available is a part-time position of 23.44% where the working hours vary throughout the day. evening and weekend. As an area control officer, you are a visible and active part of the cityscape - you prevent unwanted incidents, create security and build trust in the local environment.

You patrol in defined areas, carry out routine inspections and respond to alarms or calls. Every day is different - and you will experience both variety, responsibility and mastery.

In order to thrive in the position, it is crucial that you are adaptable and comfortable with rapid scene changes. We are looking for you who are self-motivated, conscientious and have good assessment and communication skills. It is important that you have a good understanding of your role, and that you are able to act professionally and remain calm in stressful situations.

Requirements

• Approved and passed Security guard training (cf. Act on Security Guarding)
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Satisfactory conduct (Cf. Act on Security Services)
• Relevant experience will be an advantage
