Responsibilities

As a Secured LoanAdvisor, you'll guide clients through their entire mortgage journey from initial inquiry to completion.

Your responsibilities include

• Consulting with pre-qualified leadsgenerated through the company's cutting-edge digital platform
• Providing whole-of-market regulated Secured Advicetailored to each client's unique circumstances
• Managing a high-volume pipelineof 20+ Loan applications per month using intuitive, advisor-designed software
• Building genuine relationshipswith clients, keeping them informed and confident throughout the process
• Collaborating with case managersand administrators to ensure seamless application processing
• Staying currentwith Secured Loan products, lender criteria, and regulatory requirements
• Delivering exceptional outcomeswhile meeting performance targets and maintaining compliance

Requirements

• CeMAP Certification(or equivalent qualification) - non-negotiable
• Minimum 18 Months years' experienceas a Secured Advisor in whole-of-market environments
• Proven track recordof successfully managing 20+ mortgage applications per month
• Strong knowledgeof regulated Secured Loans Products
• Experience with B2C inquiriesand navigating multiple lender criteria
• Exceptional communication skills- you make complex information accessible and build trust quickly
• Thrives in high-volume environmentsand loves the buzz of closing deals
• Performance-drivenwith a track record of consistently hitting targets
• Highly organised- you manage multiple cases simultaneously without missing details
• Client First focus- you go above and beyond to deliver best-in-class service
• Adaptable- comfortable with change and continuous improvement
• Collaborative- you work well within a team structure while managing your own caseload
