Responsibilities

your role

As a SEA performance manager at diffusion, you take on responsibility and grow from it:

• Develop strategies that set standards - no standard solutions. you think new.
• Advise customers at eye level - you understand business models and translate them into performance.
• Control large budgets (50k€+) - with the precision and confidence of an expert.
• Optimize data-driven - your analyzes are the basis for decisions that count.
• grow on the real case - through projects that challenge you and a team that pushes you.
• mentoring of junior team members.

Requirements

your profile

you are a good fit for us if

• you have 3+ years of experience with large SEA budgets and are hungry for more.
• You not only know attribution tools and data-driven optimization, but love them.
• you speak German at a native level - customer communication: clear, sharp, to the point.
