Scheduling Manager Audits Consulting

Role Summary

• You will intervene to take charge of the following actions:
• Plan audit services based on customer orders
• Establish consultant schedules taking into account the criteria inherent to the profession and customer requirements
• Be responsible for handling all customer orders,
• Ensure monitoring of services and their implementation in accordance with customer expectations
• Manage emergencies within established schedules, optimize consultant travel while ensuring the best use of time and necessary resources
• Apply and respect the different protocols and coordinate actions according to field constraints

You will work in close collaboration with the head of the department, and in permanent interface with auditors and clients.

Requirements

• Above all, we prioritize aptitude for the position, energy and an attraction to the game of musical chairs.
• With higher education (BAC +3 required), you have successfully completed a first experience (3 to 5 years) in planning, process optimization, production management or scheduling.
• You are ideally familiar with the agri-food sectors.
• A good level of English is required, with regular contact with auditors abroad.
