We are looking for you as an SAP Technology Consultant (m/f/d) with practical experience in the SAP technology stack - either in ABAP/backend or in Fiori/frontend development. If you would like to expand your specialist knowledge and immerse yourself in our banking solutions - e.g. B. Transactional Banking, Payments Centralization or Virtual Account Management – you’ve come to the right place.

Whether you prefer developing solutions or designing technical architectures and advising customers, this role offers you the flexibility to do both. With your sound technical basis, you will support our customers in successfully introducing and using our solutions. As an SAP Technology Consultant at SAP Fioneer, you play a key role in designing, implementing and optimizing modern banking applications using SAP technologies.

Responsibilities

• You design solution architectures, create effort estimates and technical blueprints
• You will present and explain different design options and recommend the best course of action according to our architectural and product standards
• You configure our products according to customer requirements by mapping business processes to our software
• You work closely with our product development teams and customers to develop new features and solutions
• You support the integration of our solutions into the customers' system landscapes and technical environments
• You will be involved in the modernization of customer infrastructures, e.g. B. by transforming on-premise systems into cloud-based models
• You keep your finger on the pulse of current SAP technologies and methods, thereby continuously driving innovation and improvement

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience in SAP development, technology consulting or SAP technical architecture
• You have in-depth ABAP knowledge and a solid understanding of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms, data structures and algorithms
• Experience in the design and implementation of backend and/or web applications according to established SAP standards

You are familiar with SAP basis and technology and ideally have experience with integrations into tools such as SAP Solution Manager, SAP ChaRM, SAP CTS/CTS+ or SAP Transport Management

• You have knowledge of modern SAP technologies such as SAP BTP, RAP or SAP Edge Integration Cell
• You understand the differences and possible uses of on-premise and cloud deployment models as well as their integration scenarios
• You have experience in software quality assurance - from unit testing to debugging to problem solving
• You speak German and English fluently
• Initial knowledge of UI/web development with SAPUI5, Fiori, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
