SAP Senior Inhouse Consultant (w/m/div.) - Product Owner for Customer Order Management

Role Summary

Take responsibility: As a product owner, you take responsibility for all commercial IT solutions in the customer order management process area. With your product team, you will create concepts for complex business and IT processes in the areas of customer order management and sales logistics and will be responsible for their implementation and support. You will carry out extensive requirements analyzes and design and implement IT solutions based on SAP S/4 in the SD, LE and Service modules using agile implementation methods (SAFe, Scrum).

Control and prioritize: As a product owner for customer order management, you lead the product team technically and content-wise and take responsibility for the team backlog. You estimate implementation efforts, plan and prioritize the work packages taking into account technical dependencies and the existing capacities in the team, and create the associated schedules. You agree and are responsible for implementation goals for each iteration for your product team in coordination with the Chief Product Owner and are responsible for the value contribution and technical IT solutions in your area.

Communicate in a network: With your team, you analyze and optimize processes based on systematic weak point analyzes in collaboration with the specialist department. You evaluate, prioritize and refine requirements/initiatives and develop the solution design. In addition, you and your team will provide third level support for your process area.

Think holistically: You integrate the requirements of your process area with the solutions of the other process areas/product teams and make an important contribution to designing and ensuring consistent, integrated process and IT solutions across the existing interfaces.

Requirements

Education: You have completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable. Alternatively, you have completed relevant training as well as additional, particularly extensive, subject-specific experience and qualified further training.

Experience and know-how: You have many years of in-depth experience in the conception and implementation of IT solutions in the area of SAP S/4 in the SD/LE modules. In addition, you can demonstrate extensive specialist additional qualifications and many years of experience in agile implementation methods (Scrum, SAFe, etc.), including leading agile teams, ideally in the role of a product owner.

Qualifications: In-depth specialist knowledge in the areas of customer order management and sales logistics as well as experience in business process management are required. You also have excellent knowledge of the SAP S/4 modules SD/LE, including the interfaces to other modules. Knowledge of SAP S/4 Service is an advantage.

• Personality and way of working: You impress with excellent communication skills and a self-confident demeanor. You can also demonstrate a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong analytical skills.
• Languages: Fluent German and English skills are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
