We are looking for an experienced, bilingual SAP Project Manager to lead the comprehensive management of SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of complex SAP programs, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in SAP solutions, project management best practices and governance will be essential to achieving results in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution and closeout of SAP S/4HANA projects, meeting scope, budget and schedule commitments under fixed price or hybrid models.
• Establish project scope, governance frameworks and delivery strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Act as the primary customer point of contact, fostering transparent communication and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
• Anticipate and manage risks and changes related to the project, while ensuring rigorous compliance with delivery standards and safety protocols.
• Lead and coordinate SAP functional, technical and offshore teams, encouraging collaboration and high performance.
• Use excellent bilingual communication skills (English/French) to work effectively with clients and teams in Montreal.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in SAP project management focused on S/4HANA deployments or migrations.
• Direct experience overseeing fixed-price SAP deployments, AMS implementations or mandates.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, integration and methodologies (ASAP, Activate).
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and manage clients and teams in English and French.
• PMP, Prince2 or SAP Activate certification required.
