SAP Functional Consultants - SAP Excellence Center - Lyon

Role Summary

With nearly 1,300 employees spread across different regions in France (Paris, Lille, Lyon and Toulouse), the SAP Excellence Center supports the largest French companies in their SAP solution integration projects.

The Lyon agency closely supports clients from different sectors of activity (industry, pharmaceuticals, defense, etc.) in the implementation of SAP and S/4HANA migration.

These clients use SAP to digitalize and optimize their key processes: sales and distribution management, inventory management, financial accounting, management control, etc.

In this context, we are recruiting SAP Functional Consultants to join our teams.

By joining Sopra Steria, you have the chance to discover a significant diversity of business contexts and take part in complex projects implementing SAP solutions or migrating to S/4HANA.

You complete the following missions (non-exhaustive)

• Needs analysis;
• Animation of design workshops;
• Participation in defining the target solution for projects;
• Configuration of the modules to be implemented;
• Participation in the acceptance phases, integration and deployment of solutions;
• Implementation of change management;

Identification of risks and carrying out impact analyses.

Depending on your level of experience and your motivations, you may also have "transversal" responsibilities: supervision of a project team, management of Consultants, participation in pre-sales phases, becoming a trainer or even a leader within our SAP Community.

Requirements

Your technical skills

• Essential: you have at least 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in one or more areas of SAP (SD, MM, FI, CO, PP, QM, WM, etc.).
• Desired: you are proficient in communicating in English.
