Responsibilities

• As a technical expert, you advise customers and colleagues, analyze requirements, and design data & AI systems and solutions based on the SAP portfolio.
• Your focus is of a technical nature, i.e. h. You are responsible for all tasks to operate future-oriented on-premise and cloud system environments, keep them up to date and ensure their trouble-free operation.
• You take on responsibility as a consultant for migration, upgrade and implementation projects and provide support with monitoring and support tasks.
• You will also be available as an expert to both our internal and external contacts.

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in the SAP Basis environment.
• You are confident in Linux and Windows server operating systems.
• You are familiar with databases, network technology and optimizations in connection with SAP systems.
• ITIL is not a foreign word for you, but rather your daily companion: Incident, Change and Problem Management shape the way you work.
• Experience with SAP on hyperscalers (preferably Azure) or with RISE with SAP is a plus.
• SAP certifications (e.g. HANA administration, S/4HANA conversion) and Azure certifications are always welcome - we value existing ones and support and finance those that are missing.
• Thanks to your high level of initiative and very good communication skills, you can successfully introduce your ideas both internally and within our customers' environment. Fluent (at C level) German and good English skills are required.
