Role Summary

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PART-TIME SAMPLE PREPARATOR.

-Guarantee the preparation of samples for analysis.

• Ensure the delivery of samples to the laboratory for analysis and/or testing.
• Guarantee the correct storage of samples and countersamples according to laboratory procedures and/or instructions.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all sample preparation equipment in your charge and check procedures for each of them.
• Comply with policies and procedures to ensure the protection of confidential information and proprietary rights of clients.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the computer equipment and the security of the information.
• Ensure that supplies and materials meet the specifications and requirements established in the Management System.
• Guarantee compliance with the operational, administrative and quality standards and procedures applicable in the laboratory.
• Ensure timely information to the Laboratory Supervisor and/or Laboratory Head about any non-compliant product in the process or customer complaint.
• Ensure their active participation in the detection of corrective, preventive actions and improvement plans.
• Ensure the resources necessary to perform the tasks included in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Management System.
• Identify occurrences of deviations from the Management System or procedures and indicate actions aimed at preventing or minimizing said deviations.
• Contribute to the achievements of the objectives of the Management System.
• Other duties assigned to you, inherent to your position

Requirements

Mining Technician, Laboratory Technician or Bachelor.
