Sample Manager (80 - 100%)

Role Summary

For our growing GMP contract laboratory Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Switzerland AG, we are looking for a dedicated, hands-on sample manager (80 - 100%) to strengthen our dynamic team. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for sample registration and ensuring that all samples are prepared correctly and efficiently for subsequent analysis. You will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating sample shipping. • Registration and control of sample material for subsequent analysis
• Subcontracting analyzes to Eurofins partner laboratories
• Sending sample material to other Eurofins locations for testing
• Shipping and coordination of consumables to the customer
• Coordination of the Eurofins courier service in collaboration with the customer

Transfer analytical results to our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Manage interface between laboratory and customer service

Receive phone calls from customers and forward them accordingly

Requirements

• Very high customer and service orientation
• Experience in logistics, food, retail or in the laboratory
• Accurate, structured way of working
• Relevant professional experience in a regulated environment is an advantage (ISO 17025, GLP, ideally GMP)
• Good understanding of IT and office applications, ideally experience with LIMS systems
• Team player, responsible and very reliable
• Holds a valid category B driving license
• Good knowledge of German and good English
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
