A SALESMAN'S JOB AT JYSK

Your most important task: sales work and customer experience

You sell boldly and actively, you see every customer encounter as an opportunity.

You offer the best customer service every shift and help customers make good decisions.

Goals guide your work: each of us has a clear direction and a desire to exceed expectations.

You implement JYSK's concept and ensure that the store is attractive and ready for campaigns.

You take care of the functionality of the warehouse - you unload loads and hand over the products to customers.

The work requires good basic fitness, but you get the best work tools and the support of the team.

Versatility - store, warehouse, campaigns...boredom is not part of our vocabulary.

Responsibilities

• You want to sell and succeed every shift.
• You are energetic and courageous, you boldly go out to meet every customer in the store.
• You are at your best in a busy and fast-paced environment. You like fast-paced work and surprising tasks in the middle of the shift.
• You get energy from teamwork and exceeding your own goals.
• You have the motivation to work in sales work and achieve results. You want to be the best seller in our store!
• You are proactive and self-sufficient.
• You are flexible both in terms of tasks and working hours and working hours. Work is done variedly in different shifts in the morning, evening and weekends.

Salary according to the shop's collective agreement

• Understanding the employer's operating instructions and acting in direct customer service contact require good written and oral Finnish language skills from the applicant selected for the position.
