Salesforce Functional Consultant - Solutions & Expertise

Role Summary

The Solutions and Expertise Business Line is looking for Salesforce functional consultants to strengthen the practice and thus support our clients in facing their challenges of today and tomorrow for our Courbevoie site but also in Orléans.

You work in various business contexts: Aeronautics, Transport, Energy, Defense and Security, Retail, Public Sector, etc.

Your role and missions

Collection, analysis and translation of business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.

Mapping and optimization of business processes (Sales, Service, Support, Marketing, etc.).

Design of solutions adapted to the context and needs, and writing of functional specifications as well as detailed test scenarios.

Salesforce settings: objects, workflows, reports and business dashboards (no-code / low-code).

Animation of general and detailed design workshops

Supports organizational change and provides training, support and assistance to users, as well as associated documentation.

Participates in testing (UAT), functional adjustments and post-deployment support.

Actively contributes to pre-sales.

Requirements

• You demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• You are attentive, curious and know how to demonstrate humility.
• You have notable certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data and/or Agentforce AI
• Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent with a focus in IT, you have at least 6 - 10 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
