We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Sales Trainer to work in the Brazilian market — someone dynamic, with excellent communication skills and who stands out in a multicultural environment.

You will be part of the sales team in Brazil, collaborating directly with professionals who share the same focus on performance and continuous learning. Come and live a unique and challenging professional experience!

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement onboarding programs and sales training.
• Create materials and presentations to support training.
• Conduct dynamic and engaging training sessions.
• Teach effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Monitor and guide the sales team in developing communication skills and handling objections.
• Keep all training documentation and reports up to date.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of sales training experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM (ideally HubSpot).
• Analytical and data-driven profile.
• Motivated professional, focused on results and proven track record of success in sales training.
• English will be considered an advantage.
