Sales Representative – Vegetable Seeds (Southern Poland)

Role Summary

Your main tasks will include

Achieving sales goals: Actively creating and implementing sales plans, monitoring the market and striving to maximize commercial results and market share in the subordinate area.

Building relationships and commercial consulting: Agrotechnical consulting and active support for producers in selecting the best varieties of Syngenta vegetable seeds.

Education and promotion: Organization of training, meetings with producers and field shows presenting our innovative technologies.

Innovations in practice: Coordination and supervision of implementation experiments of new vegetable varieties directly in the fields of producers.

Responsibilities

Your area of responsibility

As a Sales Representative, you will be a key partner for producers of field vegetables in southern Poland (provinces: Lesser Poland, Silesia, Opole).

Requirements

• Field of education: Higher education (horticulture, agriculture or related).
• Experience and knowledge: Practical knowledge of the agricultural/horticultural industry and knowledge in the field of agrotechnics (vegetable seeds, plant protection).
• Readiness for mobile work: Category B driving license and readiness to
• Mobility: Category B driving license and willingness to travel on business (residence in the subordinate area or readiness to relocate).
• English: Communicative knowledge of English (for contact within the company).
• MS Office support
