Sales Representative in the Plant Protection Products Department

Role Summary

Key tasks in this position

Building relationships and consulting directly on farms: Regular visits to agricultural producers, diagnosing their needs and selecting optimal Syngenta technologies and plant protection products.

Promoting innovation in practice: Organizing professional training, meetings with farmers and spectacular field demonstrations in cooperation with our Technical Department.

Implementation of the commercial strategy: Active implementation of the company's sales policy in the subordinated territory and ensuring the increase of the share of our products in the market.

Market analysis: Ongoing monitoring of trends and competition activities in the region and reporting on tasks performed.

Requirements

We are looking for a mobile person who combines a passion for agriculture with a commercial streak and ease of establishing direct contacts.

Our expectations

• Experience and education: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales position in the agricultural industry (knowledge of the plant protection products market will be key) OR agricultural education combined with practical experience working on a farm.
• Soft skills: Presentation skills, freedom in public speaking and natural orientation to customer needs.
• Mobility: Ready to work in the field, high flexibility, category B driving license and
• Tools: Efficient use of MS Office.
• Analytics: Developed analytical skills.
• Language: Knowledge of English at post-primary/intermediate level will be an advantage.

You will become a key partner for farms in your area, supporting them in making decisions that directly translate into abundant harvests.
