WHAT OUR TRAINEE PROGRAM IS ABOUT

During your District Manager Trainee Program, you will run a branch independently for 1 to 1.5 years and at the same time receive theoretical and practical training to take on a District Manager role in the future. As a district manager, you are then responsible for a district with a certain number of branch managers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate good results in achieving outstanding sales results with your team
• Ensure a good track record of leading, developing and producing great talent
• Make decisions independently in a very busy and dynamic environment
• Are you willing to take on various national projects to ensure the success of the company

Are you willing to take part in various training courses nationally and internationally (English).

• You want to develop yourself further and show the ambition to pursue a career
• You are responsible for spreading our JYSK values and leadership
• Be a role model and naturally take leadership in a rapidly changing environment
• Possesses excellent communication skills
• You have already gained several years of management experience in retail (or a similar industry).
