What will you do as a Sales Employee for VodafoneZiggo?

As a sales employee in our call center you are responsible for:

Extending subscriptions: you proactively maintain contact with existing customers and ensure that they remain satisfied.

Upgrading packages: you analyze customer needs and offer appropriate improvements or extensions.

Recruiting new customers: you convince potential customers of the benefits of VodafoneZiggo's products and services.

With your energy, persuasiveness and service-oriented attitude you make every conversation a success!

Whether you want to work full-time or are looking for a part-time job — you can do both with us!

You decide how much (minimum availability of 20 hours per week) and when you work. Thanks to our flexible planning, you can put together your own schedule between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (including 1 evening and possibly 1 Saturday).

And the best part?

With our bonus structure without a ceiling, you decide how high your salary will be. A part-timer can easily earn here as a full-timer!

Remote Working?

With us you can work completely from your own home. Our motto is therefore “earn from anywhere”.

Requirements

For remote working you have

• Your own laptop or desktop computer (Windows)
• A professional headset (no earbuds)
• A stable internet connection and quiet workplace
