Role Summary
AMEXIO is a global digital transformation partner for both businesses and government organizations. We help businesses drive digital growth in the areas of Customer Experience, Enterprise Content Management, Customer Communication and Structured Content Management.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to generate new business and grow existing accounts for our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and XML Structured Content Management (SCM) solutions. This is a strategic sales role where you will spend approximately 70-80% of your time researching new company logos and 30-20% growing relationships within existing clients. You will build relationships and work closely with prospects and customers to understand their content, documentation, digital transformation challenges and overall business objectives, and position our solutions to deliver measurable business value.
You will represent the company at industry conferences and actively follow up on events, marketing campaigns, partners and other channels, building relationships and turning interest into opportunities.

Requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with decision makers who oversee content management systems and digital transformation within target accounts.
- Drive complex sales processes from initial consultation to close.
- Identify, develop and close new business accounts in target industries.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed annual quota.
- Develop account strategies to expand relationships with existing customers.
- Lead consultative, customer-centric discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Partner with sales and pre-sales, solution architects, technology partners and delivery teams to develop proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate prices and contract terms in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data.
