Location:: Karviná 1, Moravskoslezský kraj, Czechia
Work arrangement:: On-site

Role Summary

The commissioning engineer sets up the robots / shuttles, elevators and conveyors at our customers locations. You will spend 95% of your time on-site at our clients' locations, mainly in the regions of Poland, the Czech Republic, and Germany. In the future, it can be all around the globe.

You will start-up shuttles, elevators and conveyors at our customers’ locations.

You are responsible for PLC software (Beckhoff) configuration and live testing.

You support end users and our integrators with level 1 and level 2 support, both on site, by telephone and via remote connection.

You give training where necessary.

You will be joining a 24/07 standby service in order to solve problems immediately.

Requirements

You have a technical bachelor or master degree or equivalent through experience. Also as a recent graduate you can qualify for this job.
Projects abroad do not scare you off. You are willing to be flexible and motivated during the long days on-site.
For some projects you are willing to work at heights or in refrigerated areas.
Affinity with software is recommended
You are hands-on and are able to make small repairs.
Good knowledge of Czech and/or Polish and English.
Computer skills: MS Office + Teams
You are sociable, eager to learn, driven and cheerful
Customer-friendliness and passion are second nature to you
