We're particularly interested in people looking for more than the occasional shift and who would value becoming a regular member of our store team.

Unlike the larger liquor retailers, you won't be a cog in the machine. You'll work closely with our managers and owner-operators and can genuinely contribute to the business.

Every day is different—whether you're recommending the perfect wine, helping a customer discover a new craft beer, building a premium display or learning directly from Australia's leading suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction.
• Assist customers with recommendations across wine, beer, and spirits.
• Create attractive merchandising and product displays.
• Receive, replenish, and rotate stock.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store.
• Operate our point-of-sale system accurately.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals.
• Take on additional responsibility and leadership opportunities where appropriate.
• Assist across our network of Sydney stores when required.
• Continue developing your product knowledge through supplier tastings, training, and education.

We're looking for people who have

• The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability for a regular roster, including some weekends and evenings.

A

• current NSW Driver Licence
• and reliable transport.
• Flexibility to work across our Sydney store network when required.

A current

• NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• certificate.
• The right to work in Australia.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, liquor, or hospitality experience is highly regarded, but it's not essential.
• We're equally interested in finding people with the right attitude, reliability, willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to customer service.
• Applicants with previous supervisory, assistant management or liquor retail experience are also encouraged to apply, with opportunities for greater responsibility available.

• A current NSW Driver Licence and NSW RSA certificate are essential.
