Role Summary

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE

In the reserve, you set the pace. You receive deliveries, you manage flows, you organize, you adjust. Everything becomes clear, logical and fluid thanks to you.

You receive the goods, control the quantities and maintain clean and orderly stock. You optimize the circulation of products so that the team moves forward without slowing down.

You ensure fluidity between the reserve and the sales area: good loading, good gestures, good timing. You make sure everyone has what they need at the right time.

You also manage complaints: missing products, damaged products, untraceable references... you analyze, you resolve, you become an essential support for the team and for the customer.

You prepare customer orders with precision and efficiency, and you contribute directly to their satisfaction.

In store, you are an integral part of the sales team and you actively participate in boosting turnover and customer satisfaction.

Above all, you are an integral part of the life of the store, you play a key role. You exchange, you help, you train in good logistics practices and you work hand in hand with the whole team.
