Role Summary
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the site's maintenance department in compliance with legislation in order to guarantee the reliable, safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
Responsibilities
Supervises maintenance teams and develops and implements site maintenance strategies, aligned with industrial objectives and in compliance with QHSE standards and rules. Ensures continuing training and skills development of teams and evaluates performance and manages HR aspects (leave, planning, development).
- Manages preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs in order to optimize equipment reliability and availability.
- Manages site infrastructure and utilities to ensure a reliable supply of energy, water, compressed air and other services.
- Develops and manages the maintenance budget, including capital expenditures and operating costs.
- Ensures that scheduled plant shutdowns are planned, coordinated and managed to minimize their impact on production while maximizing maintenance efficiency.
- Manages engineering change control processes to ensure proper assessment, documentation and implementation. Ensures that root cause analyzes of equipment failures are performed and sustainable corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensures interface with external maintenance providers.
Requirements
- Bac + 5 engineering training, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position in maintenance,
- Proactive and proactive in organizing activities, problem solving, driving force in change management
- Very strong sensitivity to HSE culture and experience on SEVESO site
- Mastery of process safety is a plus
- Able to work in a collaborative and multi-business environment
- Rigorous, organized and responsive and able to manage constraints, setbacks and crisis management
- Fluent command of English as well as office tools (Office Pack, CMMS)
- Mastery of project management, problem solving methods and tools
