Responsable Magasin /Store Manager (H/F) - JMA

Role Summary

As part of our expansion, we are recruiting a Store Manager. Your main missions in this role include:

In collaboration with the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for your JYSK store.

In alignment with JYSK's leadership values, you are responsible for ensuring your store is 100% sales and customer ready by communicating, leading and coaching your team

• You take action based on key numbers and determine what is needed to achieve goals and motivate your team
• You follow and execute store concept and routines
• You ensure the recruitment of new employees
• You coach your team to help each employee grow

You are comfortable with physical tasks and know how to set an example by actively participating in the daily operations of the store (receiving goods, organizing and maintaining storage space, preparing customer orders, etc.).

Requirements

• Proven experience in store management and performance monitoring.
• National mobility: you are available to travel and work in different regions of the Kingdom depending on the needs of the company.
• Ability to manage, develop and motivate a team.
• Sense of communication to establish a positive work climate.
• Initiative and ability to make quick and effective decisions.
• Strong commitment to store management.
• Ability to maintain composure, give clear instructions and get things done even in difficult situations.
• Taste for challenge, results orientation and resilience in the face of unforeseen events.
