Role Summary

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be mainly responsible for: managing the production and maintenance activities of the Factory, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and profitability. He is responsible for implementing methods and processes to improve the industrial performance of the factory.

Define and implement, consistent with the orientations of the Management/group, the industrial strategy of the factory, guaranteeing its adequacy with the production, quality and competitiveness objectives of the site.

Manage process and equipment improvement projects

Supervise the production, maintenance and methods teams in order to guarantee the operational performance of the site as well as the availability and reliability of equipment.

Ensure that resources (human and material) are used optimally to achieve the financial and strategic objectives of the company.

  • -Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
  • Improve productivity and quality of production processes
  • Monitor industrial indicators (TRS, costs, deadlines, quality)
  • Manage operating costs and maintenance budgets

Ensure site compliance with safety, occupational health and environmental standards, and ensure the effective application of associated rules and protocols.

Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall performance of the plant

Knowledge

•Bac +5 level in Industrial Management, Maintenance

•Similar experience of around 5 years in production management

•Technical mastery in maintenance, mechanics, electricity and automation,

•Mastery of office automation tools and industrial management software (GPAO)

  • Correct level of English desired

Personality

•Very good interpersonal skills, availability, organization, strength of proposal and adaptability
