• Within a dynamic team made up of 2 HSE Managers, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
• Build, deploy and manage the Health, Safety, Environment policy and strategy, fire protection and sustainable development in line with the local strategy
• Advise management and be the local referent in this area

Represent local management in matters of Health, Safety and Environment (external and internal representation).

Responsibilities

• Define, deploy and lead the HSE policy and strategy in collaboration with local management
• Lead the implementation of an HSE culture
• Define, coordinate, monitor and develop HSE management systems and organizations with the aim of improving performance
• Identify, anticipate and adapt the organization and the system to HSE challenges, risks and opportunities
• Manage the implementation of strategic actions and projects in terms of HSE and fire protection
• Manage/maintain certification levels in place
• Responsible for the reliability of data reported internally and externally
• Management of an HSE Manager (the second being attached to the Industrial Director)
• Structure and coordinate the HSE team (2 factories / 5 training centers / 200 after-sales technicians).
• Position attached to the Human Resources Department.

Requirements

• We are looking for an experienced person in an industrial and/or logistics environment.
• BAC+5 level training or equivalent level acquired through experience.
• Master the regulatory and international requirements of the field
• Have skills in industrial risk management
• Master audit techniques
• Have good interpersonal skills and demonstrate persuasion
• Master English (B2 level equivalent)
