Role Summary

Labor Relations Management

Be the key point of contact to resolve any labor disputes and manage labor relations with a proactive and constructive approach.

Advise leaders and workers on labor policies, current legislation and best practices in human resources.

Regular management of the labor framework (dismissals, MSCT, subrogations, disciplinary code, inspections,...).

Negotiation with Works Councils and Unions.

Organizational Development

Facilitate organizational change processes, helping workers and leaders to adapt effectively.

Participation in transformation and efficiency projects.

Participation in management audits.

Requirements

Within the HR Department of Aguas de Barcelona 📍 we are looking for an HRBP Manager with specific knowledge of labor relations, organizational design, transformation, management evaluation and talent development, and whose mission will be to accompany the business in the different human resources processes, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency and legal compliance.

What can you contribute? 🎯

  • University degree in Business Administration or Labor Relations.
  • Master in Human Resources, RRLL or similar.
  • Minimum experience of 3-5 years as an HRBP.
  • Solid knowledge of labor relations and labor law.
  • Experience in negotiations with works councils and unions.
  • Ability to work as a team, managing multiple priorities.
  • Management of human resources tools and software (Meta4 and SuccessFactors valuable).
  • High capacity for analysis and data management.
  • Driving license.
