Role Summary

Within a dynamic and demanding environment, your main mission will be to support the change in scale of the activity by proposing an adapted organization and providing your original vision on the realization of projects.

Responsibilities

Your missions will be

• Participate in the definition and management of the strategy,
• Manage a high-level scientific and medical team, help them express their full potential, ensure the recruitment of the resources necessary for growth
• Select, initiate and carry out complex projects with high added value to guarantee the continuation and acceleration of business growth
• Support commercial development
• Ensure the profitability of the Business Unit
• Ensure activity optimization: meeting deadlines, improving productivity, improving processes while respecting quality standards

Requirements

• Coming from a higher education in engineering (Bac+5), you have at least 10 years of experience in positions with a managerial component or in project management, in a context of growth or business creation.
• You have an appetite for using IT tools to support growth and development.
• Knowledge of existing opportunities around big data or AI is a plus.
• An experienced and recognized manager with natural leadership, you enjoy supporting your teams to improve performance in a constant spirit of continuous improvement.
• Enterprising and dynamic, you know how to adapt and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are organized, rigorous and pragmatic and are strongly customer service oriented. You have good analytical skills which allow you to identify relevant areas for improvement in a complex environment.
• You are comfortable communicating in professional English.

Salary

• Gross annual salary depending on experience + variable bonus based on objectives
