Reporting professional

Role Summary

Timely report process deviations that may arise to interested parties, internal and external clients.

Monitor the subcontracting of samples with outsourced suppliers and/or subsidiaries.

Monitor the status of the services, in order to notify the news in time to the external and internal client interested parties in order to minimize deviations in the sample reporting processes.

Ensure timely information to the immediate supervisor about any non-conforming product, complaint and/or claim that may arise in the sample reporting process.

Ensure order and cleanliness in the work area and comply with laboratory safety regulations.

Deliver results reports to clients within the stipulated times, ensure and comply with the laboratory's quality assurance program.

Requirements

• Training: Chemist with professional card.
• Experience: Three (3) years in the area of laboratory analysis and/or Quality control. Experience in environmental laboratories in reporting and data correlation.
• Knowledge of laboratory quality control in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025

Benefits

Salary: $2,000,000 to $2,500,000

Contract type: permanent + company benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays half day.
