Responsibilities

• LinkedIn content: Find topics, write posts, maintain an editorial plan, prepare for publication
• Editorial work: short articles/contributions, correction, structure, tone
• Funding & Seals of Quality: Research, check requirements, compile documents, prepare applications, keep an eye on deadlines
• Outreach/interview requests: identifying relevant players, formulating requests, follow-ups, scheduling appointments
• Backlinks & visibility: find suitable platforms/partners, initiate entries/co-ops, maintain an overview/tracking
• Operations support: Maintain overviews, keep topics, documents and tasks organized

Requirements

• You are enrolled and looking for a working student position
• Very good knowledge of German
• Structured, reliable, independent – you work with checklists and deadlines
• Confident in using email, GPTs and online research
• Interested in B2B/HR, communication and operational topics
• Experience with LinkedIn, content creation, SEO/backlinks, PR/outreach or funding processes
