Responsibilities

Your main missions

• ensure the execution of specific measures linked to the treatment of Retail customers domiciled abroad,
• carry out, as a first line of defense, BA/FT clarification tasks in terms of entering into a relationship, relationship review and transaction review,
• ensure the processing of all requests for clarification particularly from the Compliance department,
• ensure monitoring of the Bank's regulatory requirements, in particular using the related workflows (including EAR),

welcome and serve international Retail customers by handling their commercial, administrative and product support inquiries via the appropriate communication channel (phone, mail, email).

Requirements

• successful experience in banking risk management,
• results orientation, autonomy and organizational rigor,
• perfect command of French and English (level C1).
