Role Summary
What tasks you can expect from us
- Direct deployment at the customer's site for technical support of a service contract for mechanical seals
- Analysis, evaluation and elimination of technical malfunctions as well as carrying out damage analyses
- Development and implementation of measures to increase system availability and reduce downtimes and operating costs
- Technical advice to the customer on the selection, application and standardization of sealing and system technology
- Identification of optimization and savings potential through system analyzes and condition assessments
- Preparation of technical reports, presentations and recommendations for action for customers and management
- Training and technical advice for customer employees
- Close cooperation with the customer's contact persons and the internal specialist departments
- Location: Stade, Lower Saxony
Requirements
What to bring
- Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in technical service, maintenance, application technology or technical sales of rotating equipment
- Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting and problem solving
- High customer orientation and enjoy working with different contacts
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical issues in an understandable manner
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
