Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include

Leading, coaching, and developing a team to achieve regional objectives and KPIs servicing an Engineering and Construction focused customer base.

• Creating a positive, high-performance culture focused on growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Strengthening customer partnerships to support long-term business success
• Developing effective use of data to aid in decision making,
• Supporting change initiatives while ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals

Requirements

• We’re looking for candidates who have
• Experience leading in a strategic and hands on way,
• A strong commercial background, with excellent knowledge in the local construction market.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
• The ability to inspire, influence, and manage change effectively
• A degree qualification (Master’s preferred)
