Recruitment and selection analyst - Cusco

Role Summary

Execute the recruitment and selection processes of personnel in accordance with the requirements of the internal clients of the various projects in execution, through the Database, network of contacts, publications in the different job boards, etc.

Raising the profile and analysis of suitability for the position of the candidates, in accordance with the project that requests it, ensuring the incorporation of suitable personnel within the established deadlines

Registration or receipt of the personnel requirement through the internal platform, request for approvals, issuance of the offer letter and confirmation of hiring

Coordinate with internal clients interview schedules, incorporation dates or any other information necessary to close the process.

• Inform internal clients of the status of each Requirement
• Execute the documentary process for incorporating new personnel for their correct entry into the payroll
• Coordinate the Pre-Occupational Medical Examination
• Confirmation of registration of personnel entry documents to the HR area to the corporate
• Sending sizes of incoming personnel to warehouse supervisors of the corresponding area

Sending information and confirmation of incoming personnel to the HR team, immediate boss and areas involved.

Responsible for keeping the JD of each of the company's positions updated.

Support in the Measurement of the work environment of each area

Monitoring of updating of professional skills of engineering staff (reportable).

Monitoring of updating the professional skills of the health team.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Psychology
• Diploma or Specialization in human resources (Desirable)
• Administration and interpretation of psychological tests for personnel selection (Desirable)
• Preparation of psychological reports (Desirable)
• Labor legislation (Desirable)
• Minimum experience of 02 years performing the mentioned functions.
• Residing in Cusco and availability to work in Calca as well as visit other areas of Cusco
