In this role, you will use your skills to contribute to the training of next-generation Artificial Intelligence systems. Your work will directly help these models learn, reason, and execute tasks using real, high-quality data.
It is not necessary to have previous experience in Artificial Intelligence. The most important thing is your ability to follow instructions and generate high-quality data.
Responsibilities
- Capture precise motion data using your smartphone's IMU sensors while you perform specific physical activities.
- Record synchronized videos to ensure data accuracy and integrity of all motion information collected.
- Follow detailed technical protocols to consistently meet project quality, labeling, and standardization standards.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with the team to resolve questions and share observations about the data collection process.
- Constantly comply with the deadlines and deliverables established by the project.
- Participate in a device compatibility check and AI-assisted interview process during onboarding.
Requirements
- Have a head strap, capable of capturing both hands in the video, within 48 hours of the start date.
- Have a compatible smartphone. Compatible devices include
- iPhone 12 or higher.
- Google Pixel 6 or higher.
- Samsung Galaxy S21 or higher.
- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Ability to consistently manage deliveries and meet deadlines in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document information and collaborate remotely.
- Ease of using technology and experience with mobile devices to capture video and sensor data.
- Physical condition to perform repetitive movement tasks safely and efficiently.
- Access to a compatible smartphone capable of collecting data with high fidelity.
- Note: Applications sent with a Gmail email address will be considered an added value, as they facilitate integration with the project tools.
Desirable Qualifications
- Training or experience in robotics, kinesiology, data collection through sensors or related technical areas.
- Experience in human movement analysis, activity segmentation or labeling of data sets for machine learning.
- Familiarity with organizing and structuring large volumes of data for AI and robotics applications.
Compensation Structure
- Compensation is based on production. Contractors receive payment for each video that meets project specifications.
- The time required to complete tasks may vary depending on each participant's experience and workflow.
- There are minimum delivery requirements: videos must meet the duration specified by the project and each participant must submit between 10 and 15 hours of video per week.
Start of Activities and Availability
- We typically complete the selection process within 48 hours, so we are looking for people with the availability to start quickly.
- If you are selected, we hope that you will begin your first assignment as soon as you progress through the hiring process.
- The start of activities is expected to occur approximately 24 hours after completing onboarding.
- Equipment Requirements

- All project tasks must be performed using a smartphone.
- Participants will record their work directly from their mobile device while performing assigned activities.
Head Strap
- The tasks require the use of a camera placed on the head using a head strap.
- Participants will record first-person videos while doing physical activities.
- Specifications of the required band and any additional equipment will be shared during the onboarding process.
