Role Summary
Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing is looking for a Receptionist/Sample Operator to be employed at the Vimodrone headquarters.
The search is reserved for resources registered on the targeted placement lists.
The resource will be in charge of front office activities, including the management of incoming calls, the reception and registration of visitors, customers, suppliers and guests, as well as the delivery of badges and the coordination of mail and couriers.
Furthermore, he/she will provide operational support to Sample Operator activities, taking care of the receipt, labeling and registration of samples via the company system and the sorting of the related documentation and samples to the relevant departments.
Requirements
- High school diploma/Bachelor's degree,
- Knowledge of the English language (B2),
- Knowledge and autonomy in using Outlook and Microsoft Teams,
Domicile/Residence in areas surrounding Vimodrone (MI).
Benefits
- The search involves work activities distributed from Monday to Friday, with possible rotation in the Tuesday - Saturday shift, the placement is expected with an initial 1-year contract in administration (RAL around 23000K).
