Quality Technician / Quality Technician (Final Assembly) at Aumovio in Las Colinas Industrial Park, Gto., Mexico.
Role Summary
- ESH (Safety policy, Safety absolutes, PPE to be used by area)* GD&T
- Product knowledge * Control plan & FMEA.
- Basic quality tools (Hystrogram, Pareto, Scatter Diagram, Stratification, Brainstorming, Ishikawa, Flow Chart)
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with product requirements through the process release record.
- Create and maintain control charts to identify abnormalities during the process.
- Carry out product audits according to the program and filling out the Product Audit record, to ensure the client's requirements. ▪ Carry out the audit (Poka Yokes and/or Failure Detection) according to the established procedure and frequencies.
- Create and disseminate quality alerts and visual aids, collecting signatures, to the personnel involved.
- Preparation of masters and/or prototypes.
- Deliver the gages / masters according to the Gage track control program distributed by metrology, to ensure their calibration and/or adequate conditions according to the assigned line. ▪ Maintain evidence of the activities carried out (release report, control charts, Audits) in a timely manner by scanning the applicable documents.
- Carry out transactions in the SAP system of the quality department. ▪ Provide support for inspection or containment activities derived from internal and external quality incidents.
- Provide support on production lines in case of problem reports with components.
- Provide support in production lines in case of online rejections to support the solution of the root cause.
- Carry out LPA.
