Role Summary
Analyze internal and external complaints and identify root causes of problems.
Design and implement corrective measures using 8D and A3 methodologies.
Manage and close internal complaints, including reporting and communication with management.
Train operators and adjusters in quality.
Organize sorting events and ensure quality control within GP12.
Perform Layered Process Audits (LPA) and monitor the implementation of corrective measures.
Prepare production for external audits and supervise compliance with quality standards.
Support problem solving directly in production through Gemba activities.
Manage the IRR zone and coordinate activities related to non-conforming material (blocking, sorting, rework, scrap).
Suggest improvements to increase FPY and reduce poor quality.
Manage quality documentation and support MSAs and special tests.
Collaborate with production and support teams on continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- higher education in a technical field (engineering, quality or a related field),
- experience in the field of quality in a production environment,
- analytical thinking and a systematic approach to problem solving,
- the ability to read technical and drawing documentation,
- knowledge of qualitative tools and methodologies,
- orientation in quality standards (IATF, ISO),
- experience with PPAP, FMEA, MSA or similar tools,
- working knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
communicative level of the English language.
