Quality Control Coordinator

Role Summary

For a historic Italian company, established in the area, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with quality standards at all stages of the production process - from the inspection of incoming materials, to intermediate process controls in production, up to final testing.

If you have a strong focus on quality and have practical experience in electrical inspections, crane electrical systems, welding standards and quality management systems, we would be happy to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate quality checks on incoming, production and outgoing materials, checking compliance with technical specifications, drawings and company standards.
• Manage and monitor non-conformities relating to suppliers, coordinating corrective and preventive actions and the relationship with them.
• Produce and update technical and qualitative documentation, including audit reports, audit records and compliance documentation.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement actions to increase quality standards and reduce non-conformities.
• Quality coordination skills, also supporting the organization of operational activities and contributing to the development of the group's skills.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical or industrial field or technical diploma with at least 3 years' experience in the sector.
• Experience in quality control in the metalworking or industrial sector.
• Aptitude for team work and ability to coordinate resources.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (at least B2)
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments, quality control procedures and reference standards (ISO 9001).
• Knowledge of welding standards and VT visual checks (EN 1090, ISO 3834, ISO 17637)
• Precision, reliability and relational and organizational skills.
