Quality Assistant

Role Summary

• Provide support to the different areas of the organization on issues related to the quality management system
• Provide support in internal audits and quality inspections and implement necessary corrective actions
• Follow up on the documentation that is issued and support the verification that it meets the service requirements
• Record quality objectives, quality plan, audit plan and continuous service improvement

Register reports of non-conformities and implement and monitor corrective actions derived from non-conformities in the service.

Record the requirements for changes, and formalize the documentation of the Service Quality Management System

Provide support to keep the Master List of Documents updated (PSG, POP, INS, FOR, PLA, among others).

• Keep control of the procedures, instructions and forms in their last revision
• Provide support to Document Control responses to client requests
• Keep editable SGC documents (POP, INS and FOR) under safekeeping

Record observations pending correction in the service areas.

• Verify that the records generated during the different stages of the service comply with the client's obligations and requirements
• Prepare the RAKEN Daily Report
• Participate in project team meetings when necessary, controlling and monitoring agreements

Provide support for the implementation of the ISO 37001 Standard.

Other functions similar to your position indicated by the Employer or hierarchical superior based on your needs and requirements.

Requirements

• University graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Production Management, Operations Research, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or Statistics.
• With or without experience.
• Internal Auditor Course or Workshop (Desirable)
• Advanced level office automation management.
• Power BI management at intermediate level.
• Live in Lima / Callao
