QUALITY ASSISTANT - Barueri SP

Role Summary

Provide support to the technical area and other sectors regarding compliance with the procedures, standards and ordinances that are part of the Quality Management System, in order to support quality assurance and compliance.

FUNCTIONS

Distribute and control copies of quality manuals and internal laboratory procedures to employees in C&P laboratories and support areas such as logistics, administrative and billing.

Assist in the maintenance of SharePoint through the actions of keeping the intranet updated and accessible (platform access control function).

Provide support in the management of laboratory equipment, as determined by the Analyst and through the actions of: Requesting a quote from the supplier, receiving and analyzing the calibration certificate with the support of the Analyst and maintaining the system development

Record Non-Conformities as determined by Analisa, which may arise in general Audits, customer complaints and deviations in internal flows.

Provide support in proficiency tests, seeking quotations from suppliers and monitor the delivery of the product (sample for tests), via the tracking number that will be made available by the product supplier.

Provide support in the calibration of measuring equipment (equipment of dimensional quantities such as calipers and measuring tapes, volumetric quantities such as dispensers and volumetric pipettes, time quantities such as digital stopwatches, temperature quantities.

Provide support in presenting quality indicators (KPI Quality) for laboratories and support areas such as logistics, administrative and billing, support that consists of presenting data and graphs that will be fed by the Analyst.

Advise the company's managers and facilitators in the implementation of Quality Management System activities, aiming to ensure their execution within established standards.

Provide support in the control of laboratory standards, keeping the chemical standards control spreadsheet always updated. When there is a standard that is expired or about to expire, the Quality Analyst and Laboratory Management must be notified via email

Provide support in document control (test procedures and test forms) and laboratory records (form filled with test results), keeping it always updated and supporting the records that will be organized

• Technical Education

• Experience in the role
• Office Suite and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Quality Management System Standards (ISO 9001 or 17025)
