Qualified NDT / CND operators – Milan

Role Summary

• SGS CTR is looking for qualified NDT / CND operators for activities to be carried out on construction sites or customers
• This role, to be carried out full-time, requires the following skills:
• Be able to carry out non-destructive tests with the available instrumentation and express an opinion of acceptability;
• Be in possession of at least a valid level 2 - ISO 9712 qualification;
• Be able to manage and organize the assigned work and deliver inspection reports within the established times;
• Develop and support the service offered exclusively with SGS CTR;
• Collaborate with technicians to develop and maintain the required inspection level;

Know the main directives and standards applicable in the fields of pressure, welding and controls.

Requirements

Technical diploma or degree consistent with the sector

UT qualifications are preferential, in particular with Tofd and Phased Array specializations, but also for other VT, MT, PT, UT, RT, ET, LT methods.

• It will be considered a plus to be in possession of valid international certifications in the fields of NDT, welding and inspections
• Familiarity with reading technical English for compiling test reports
• Dynamism and availability for travel and team work
• Possession of experience in similar contexts on national or international territory
