Qualified Energy Recovery Unit Agent F/M

Role Summary

Based in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, reporting to the Operations Manager of our Energy Recovery Unit located in Bayet (03), we are looking for a Qualified Energy Recovery Unit Agent. In compliance with hygiene, safety and quality system instructions, your main missions will be as follows:

✅ Monitoring and control of the process: carry out rounds during the shift to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and remedy localized “jam” problems, check the proper functioning of the process locally, report the operating parameters to the person responsible for operating the energy recovery unit according to the round defined on the site, and temporarily monitor the recovery unit in a stabilized state.

✅ Conduct and management of operations: conduct operations and manage technical hazards in the absence of the energy recovery unit manager, ensure the operation of the bridge according to the organization of the site, and drive a loader to empty the quay.

✅ Handling and logistics: participate in partnership with the carrier in the reloading of by-products (ashes, REFIOM, bottom ash, etc.) and the unloading of reagents (bicarbonate, activated carbon, etc.) ♻️.

✅ Maintenance and cleanliness: participate in upkeep and maintenance work on equipment, clean and ensure the cleanliness of equipment and work area.

✅ Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE): apply the objectives of our policy in terms of quality, safety, environment, energy and biodiversity, respect the instructions defined in your health and safety job sheet with the associated fundamental rules, report all non-conformities observed on the site to your hierarchy, and contribute to customer satisfaction by guaranteeing quality of service 🌍.

Requirements

• Bac to Bac + 2 level, experience (ideally in industry) and/or initial training (electrotechnics, industrial maintenance, thermal, line piloting, etc.) having developed an analytical mind enabling these missions to be carried out successfully.
• Sense of teamwork and desire to learn.
• Be a good communicator (oral and written).
