QMPP P&D Engineer

Role Summary

It represents the Quality Management of the plant in the product development projects and the production process, in production and in front of the customer during the pre-launch, launch and serial production phases.

Responsible for ensuring that product and customer quality requirements are known and executed within the plant.

IATF 16949

• Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA/FMEA)
• Management of ERPs (SAP)
• Measurement or quality software (Minitab, IQ)

Knowledge

• Problem Solving (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa)
• Production processes (assembly, injection, crimping, welding, etc.)
• Advanced Plan Interpretation (GD&T)
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis)
• Graphic and statistical reports

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

Skills

• Effective communication (with suppliers, customers and plant)
• Detail and results orientation
