Role Summary
In this position, you will oversee the processing of pharmaceutical returns and work at a central interface between logistics, quality, purchasing and suppliers. You take responsibility for quality-relevant processes and actively contribute to ensuring regulatory requirements and internal standards.
The role is aimed at a PTA (m/f/d) who would like to develop further beyond their classic training and are interested in procedural, logistical and quality-related tasks. We support your professional development through structured induction, internal training and targeted further education offers.
Responsibilities
- Processing of pharmaceutical customer, logistics and manufacturer returns.
- Checking returns taking pharmaceutical quality and safety requirements into account.
- Communication and correspondence with suppliers and internal departments.
- Close collaboration with purchasing, financial accounting and other pharmaceutical teams
- Administrative processing and documentation of the (return) shipping processes.
- Active participation in the continuous optimization of procedures and processes in the returns area.
Requirements
Completed training as a PTA (m/f/d)
- Career starters are just as welcome as an already experienced PTA (m/f/d).
- Interest in pharmaceutical processes beyond traditional pharmacy work, especially in the areas of logistics and quality.
- Structured, careful and responsible way of working.
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English, Dutch an advantage.
- Team-oriented personality who enjoys cross-functional collaboration.

The stated salary range is based on the Dutch compensation structures and is part of an attractive overall package including additional benefits.
