Role Summary

This is the ideal position for a leader with a commercial, technical or technologist profile with experience leading large work teams.

Responsibilities

What will you do in this role?

• Lead and empower your team: You will be in charge of our POS salespeople managing payroll news, shift schedules, permits, and absences.
• Guarantee the commercial strategy of our clients in Large Stores.
• Coordinate training and development activities for our sellers, promoting their continuous growth.
• Onboarding: You will control and manage the training plan for our new collaborators.
• You will control POP material, ensuring impactful displays and innovative commercial strategies that captivate our clients.
• You will use office tools and software for report management.

What do you need to join our team?

• Training: Technician or technologist in commercial, logistics programs or related careers.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Minimum commercial experience of 2 years, leading work teams.
• Experience in Large Surfaces
